The culinary scene around the hotel is amazing! I devoured a bowl of ramen at Ramen Tavern Fuukazan, just a street away, and the Kobe Beef at Ishida was out of this world. Loved the free amenities too, like those facial cleansing products—they were a game-changer! Plus, the staff were super helpful, making my stay even better.
The bathroom isn't the coziest, but luckily we didn't need the shower because of the lovely onsen just around the corner. And the elevator? Let's just say it took a minute to get moving during peak times.

The property is conveniently located near Sannomiya station. The Japanese breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise.
I found the room to be quite small, which made it challenging to manage my larger bags comfortably. While the amenities were decent, I encountered cleanliness issues, such as dust under the bed. Additionally, the parking situation was misleading, as it was not affiliated with the hotel, making my stay less convenient than expected.

i had a fantastic stay at this hotel, just a short walk to ikuta shrine and close to the vibrant sannomiya center gai shopping street, making it super easy to explore all of kobe's landmarks and enjoy its beautiful parks during my weekend getaway.

Great option for couples looking for a cozy stay
I stayed for 2 nights and had a fantastic time. The Japanese breakfast buffet was a nice surprise and really set us up for the day. There’s even a cozy little spot to enjoy food right outside, like yakitori and gyudon bowls.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the value, it was still acceptable.

A high floor room provided a stunning sunset view, while the bed offered a perfect balance with firm support and comfortable pillows. The hotel's automation made self-check-in seamless, although it limited staff interaction. Despite the vibrant surroundings, I was disappointed that local coffee shops didn't open early enough for my morning routine. With multiple dining options nearby, including convenience stores and restaurants, finding meals was effortless.

Great access from the train station, with plenty of dining options nearby and convenience stores on-site. The heated toilet seat and high-quality free amenities added a nice touch to my stay. Although the room felt cramped over four nights, the cleanliness and modern reception were very appealing. The check-in process via kiosk was smooth, but it would be better if staff availability was increased for assistance.

missingWrote a review on 09 Maygreat locationfriendly stafflong elevator waits
Had a great time with friends! The location was perfect, just a short walk to Sannomiya station and close to several fun spots. We visited the Port of Kobe, which was beautiful, and Rokkosan Ski Area was a blast for some winter fun. The staff were super friendly, and we appreciated the toiletries available at the reception.
One thing to keep in mind, we faced long elevator waits in the mornings. Sometimes it took up to 10 minutes, so you might want a room on a lower floor if you plan to leave early.
